The invention discloses a construction device for a building workshop emery floor and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of floor construction. The construction device comprises a first fixed square column and a second fixed square column, L-shaped fixing plates are welded to the tops of the two ends of the first fixed square column and the second fixed square column correspondingly, first hydraulic cylinders are fixed to the bottoms of one sides of the L-shaped fixing plates, sliding strips are fixed to stroke rods of the first hydraulic cylinders, and the sliding strips are slidably connected with the first fixed square column and the second fixed square column which make contact with the sliding strips correspondingly. According to the construction device for the building workshop emery floor and the using method thereof, through mutual cooperation of the first hydraulic cylinders, a first motor and a scraping plate, the device can level the ground; through mutual cooperation of a second threaded rod, a third threaded rod and a fan, the device can evenly spray emery on the surface layer of concrete; and through mutual cooperation of a fourth motor, a cutting blade and a second hydraulic cylinder, the device can cut straight cutting seams with the consistent height.

本发明公开了一种建筑厂房金刚砂地坪施工装置及其使用方法，涉及地坪施工技术领域。本发明包括第一固定方柱和第二固定方柱，第一固定方柱和第二固定方柱两端的顶部均焊接有L型固定板，L型固定板一侧的底部固定有第一液压缸，第一液压缸的行程杆固定有滑动条，且滑动条分别与之相接触的第一固定方柱和第二固定方柱滑动连接。本发明通过第一液压缸、第一电机和刮平板之间的相互配合，使得装置能够对地面进行找平，通过第二螺纹杆、第三螺纹杆和风机之间的相互配合，使得装置能够均匀的对混凝土表层进行喷洒金刚砂，且通过第四电机、切割刀片和第二液压缸之间的相互配合，装置能够切割出笔直的、高度一致的切割缝。
