The invention relates to glaze for improving the ceramic rock plate rubber roller blank printing quality, a preparation method and a control method. A basic glaze for rubber roller printing is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of burnt zinc oxide; 2-4 parts of barium carbonate; 5-10 parts of potassium feldspar; 1-3 parts of aluminum oxide; 2-5 parts of calcite; 2-4 parts of quartz powder; 3-6 parts of kaolin; and 70-80 parts of zirconium silicate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportioning the components in the glaze formula in parts by weight, adding a proper amount of CMC and sodium tripolyphosphate, uniformly mixing, putting the raw materials, ballstone and stamp-pad ink into a ball mill according to a ratio of 1: 1.2: 0.43, and carrying out ball milling to obtain the glaze slip with 0.4-0.6% of screen residue of a 325-mesh standard sieve.
