Phosphorus-magnesium cementing material/polymer composite coating and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a phosphorus-magnesium cementing material/polymer composite coating which sequentially comprises a bottom coating formed by a phosphorus-magnesium cementing material and a polymer emulsion, a phosphorus-magnesium cementing material middle coating and a polymer emulsion-coated closed surface coating from bottom to top, magnesium ions in the middle coating and phosphate ions in the bottom coating are neutralized to form a struvite hydrated crystal network structure; in order to improve permeation bonding between the protective coating and concrete, a bonding interface is designed into a polymer-phosphorus magnesium cement-polymer layered structure system, phosphate in the bottom coating can form a stable calcium phosphate compound with calcium ions in alkaline concrete, and capillary pores in the concrete are blocked; polymer latex particles also have large penetration depth, and have sound bonding and hydrophobic functions after film formation; magnesium ions in the middle coating can be neutralized with residual phosphate ions in the bottom coating to form a struvite hydrated crystal network structure, the struvite hydrated crystal network structure and the bottom coating form an integral structure, a bonding interface between the struvite hydrated crystal network structure and the bottom coating is strengthened, and the interface has certain deformation coordination ability; and the surface coating further improves the overall waterproof performance of the coating through permeation of the middle coating.
