Composite material with adjustable thermal expansion coefficient and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a composite material with an adjustable thermal expansion coefficient and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) weaving quartz fibers and alumina fibers into a fiber preform, (2) carrying out pretreatment on the fiber preform, (3) sequentially carrying out composite dipping, drying and sintering on the pretreated fiber preform to obtain a composite material blank, and (4) after machining the composite material blank, repeating the steps of composite dipping, drying and sintering in the step (3) to obtain the composite material with the adjustable thermal expansion coefficient. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite material can be adjusted according to actual requirements, so that the prepared composite material has excellent matching property with a metal material.
本发明提供了一种可调控热膨胀系数的复合材料及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将石英纤维和氧化铝纤维编织为纤维预制体;(2)对所述纤维预制体进行预处理;(3)将预处理后的纤维预制体依次进行复合浸渍、干燥、烧结,得到复合材料坯体;(4)对所述复合材料坯体进行机械加工后,重复步骤(3)中的复合浸渍、干燥和烧结步骤,得到所述可调控热膨胀系数的复合材料。本发明提供的制备方法能够根据实际需求调节复合材料的热膨胀系数,使制备得到的复合材料与金属材料具有优异的匹配性。
