The invention relates to potassium-sodium niobate based textured piezoelectric ceramic with high Curie temperature and temperature stability and a preparation method thereof. The textured piezoelectric ceramic has the chemical general formula of (0.99-x) ((K0. 5Na0. 5) (Nb0. 98Ta. 02) O3)-0.01 (Bi (Ni0. 67Nb0. 33) O3)-x (Bi0. 5K0. 5) HfO3 + 3wt.% NaNbO3, wherein x is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 0.04; the method comprises a solid-phase synthesis method, a two-step molten salt method combined separation method, a template grain growth method, a tape casting process, a hot pressing process, a glue discharging process, a two-step sintering process, a silver firing process and a polarization process. Compared with the prior art, the lead-free textured piezoelectric ceramic with high Curie temperature and high piezoelectric property can be obtained by combining a solid-phase synthesis method and a template grain growth method with a tape casting process and a two-step sintering process, and more importantly, the ceramic is of a single tetragonal phase structure, has high positive and negative piezoelectric coefficients, and can be used for preparing the piezoelectric ceramic with high Curie temperature and high piezoelectric property.
