Dewatering well steel cover plate plugging device and construction method thereof
The invention provides a dewatering well steel cover plate plugging device. The dewatering well steel cover plate plugging device comprises a steel sleeve and a steel cover plate. The steel sleeve is a round pipe body. Two external horizontal wing rings are arranged on the outer side of the steel sleeve, and an internal horizontal wing ring is arranged on the inner wall of the steel sleeve. A water stop strip is arranged at the joint of the steel sleeve and the internal horizontal wing ring. A plurality of screws are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the internal horizontal wing ring. The steel cover plate is a round plate body. First through holes are formed in the circumferential edge of the steel cover plate, and a second through hole is formed in the middle of the steel cover plate. A flow guide pipe is arranged at the position, corresponding to the second through hole, of the upper side of the steel cover plate. A ball valve is arranged on the flow guide pipe. The steel cover plate is arranged on the internal horizontal wing ring in a supported mode. The first through holes correspond to the screws one to one and are locked through nuts. A construction method comprises the steps that the steel sleeve and the steel cover plate are prefabricated according to the size of a dewatering well; the steel sleeve is arranged on a well mouth in a sleeving mode to be positioned, outer side concrete is poured, the steel cover plate is arranged on the internal horizontal wing ring in a supported mode, and the nuts are locked; steel bars are arranged on the upper side of the steel cover plate in an embedded mode, concrete is poured, and a flow guide pipe opening is exposed; and after a project is completed, concrete is poured to the flow guide pipe opening and the rest of the flow guide pipe opening, and the flow guide pipe opening is made to be flush with the edge ground of the dewatering well.
