The safety construction control system comprises a depth measuring module, a distance measuring module, a positioning module, an acquisition module and a control module, wherein the depth measuring module is used for acquiring the real-time excavating depth of an excavating component; the distance measuring module is used for acquiring a real-time extension distance of the excavating component relative to a preset position on the excavating equipment; the positioning module is used for acquiring the real-time position of the excavating equipment; the acquisition module is used for acquiring buried state data of a pipeline; and the control module is electrically connected with the depth measuring module, the distance measuring module, the positioning module and the obtaining module, and is used for determining the real-time excavating position of the excavating component based on the real-time position of the excavating equipment and the real-time extension distance of the excavating component, and carrying out safety construction control over the excavating equipment based on the real-time excavating position and real-time excavating depth of the excavating component, and the buried state data of the pipeline.
