The device comprises operation water pipes, connectors, a shower nozzle, an adapter, a valve and a water inlet pipe; the operation water pipes are connected through the connectors; the upper end of the uppermost operation water pipe is connected with the shower nozzle through the adapter; the lower end of the lowermost operation water pipe is connected with the water inlet pipe through the valve; and the water inlet pipe is used for being connected with a water supply device. The materials used in the invention are all common materials, assembling and manufacturing can be performed only by model selection and simple cutting, and material taking, mounting and operation are all convenient; the number of operation water pipes and the number of connectors are selected according to the floor height, so that use of the device is not affected by the floor height, and the device is high in applicability; and a constructor can stand on the ground to moisten a higher wall without erecting a scaffold, so that the construction progress is accelerated, and the potential safety hazard is reduced.
