The invention discloses a concrete wall temperature difference power generation device and a manufacturing method of a graphene-concrete wall of the concrete wall temperature difference power generation device. The concrete wall temperature difference power generation device comprises a graphene-concrete wall, a heat collection system arranged above the graphene-concrete wall, and a rectifier, a controller and a capacitor which are sequentially connected with one side of the graphene-concrete wall body, wherein the heat collection system comprises a blue film plating plate and a red copper flow channel arranged between the blue film plating plate and the graphene-concrete wall body. The concrete has n-type conductivity and shows slight electron motion, hole motion exists in graphene-concrete along with the addition of the graphene p-type conductive material, so that electron hole distribution is formed in the composite material, the mechanical performance of the concrete is maintained, and the thermoelectric performance of the concrete is enhanced. The thermoelectric generator made of a thermoelectric material has the advantages of no mechanical motion, no noise, no abrasion, high reliability, no maintenance and no pollution, and the size and shape can be designed as required.
本发明公开了一种混凝土墙体温差发电装置及其石墨烯‑混凝土墙体的制法,所述混凝土墙体温差发电装置包括石墨烯‑混凝土墙体,置于石墨烯‑混凝土墙体上方的集热系统,与石墨烯‑混凝土墙体一侧依次连接的整流器、控制器和电容器;所述集热系统包括蓝膜镀板和设在蓝膜镀板与石墨烯‑混凝土墙体间的紫铜流道。本发明的混凝土本身具有n型导电性,表现出轻微的电子运动,随着石墨烯p型导电材料的加入,石墨烯‑混凝土中存在空穴运动,因此在复合材料中形成电子空穴分布,不但保有了混凝土的机械性能,更增强了其热电性能。本发明用热电材料制造的温差发电器具有无机械运动、无噪声、无磨损、可靠性高、免维护、无污染、尺寸形状可根据需要设计。
