The invention discloses a vegetation concrete greening device for a side slope. The vegetation concrete greening device structurally comprises a machine body, a control box, a driving machine, a hopper, a discharging opening, a discharging plate and a control panel, wherein the control box and the lower end of the machine body are fixedly installed in an embedded mode; the driving machine is connected to the rear end of one side of the machine body and movably matched with the rear end of the machine body; the hopper and the control box are of an integrated structure and the hopper is welded to the side end of the control box; stirring paddles are driven to rotate through the rotating shaft, so that a displacement force is generated for a collision ball, thus, a telescopic frame is made to stretch out and draw back to drive the push block to move at the side end of the solid plate, and the formed pushing and pressing effect is convenient for chiseling into substances between the two stirring paddles, achieving the effect of dispersing the substances; and an inertia force can be generated in a cyclic displacement process of a frame block along with stretching out and drawing back of the telescopic frame, so that spring steel changes a supporting force to a deformation block, when a convex block chisels and extrudes the substances along with the push block, the thick-phase substances can be further shunted, dispersed and extruded out of the intervals of the stirring paddles and better fused into vegetation concrete in a mixing chamber to be mixed and stirred, and non-uniform mixing is avoided.
本发明公开了一种边坡的植被混凝土绿化装置,其结构包括机体、控箱、驱动机、料斗、出料口、排料板、操控面板,控箱与机体下端嵌固安装,驱动机连接在机体一侧后端位置且活动配合,料斗与控箱为一体化结构且与其侧端相焊接,通过转轴带动搅拌浆转动,为撞球产生位移动力,使伸缩架伸缩变动而带动推块在实板侧端活动,形成的推压效果便于凿进两个搅拌浆间距处的物质中,对物质有驱散作用,由框块随伸缩架伸缩而循环位移过程会产生惯性力,令弹簧钢改变对形变块的撑力,便于凸块能在随推块凿挤物质的时候,还能进一步令稠相的物质被分流,呈驱散状而更能被挤压出搅拌浆间距处,更好的融合进混合室中的植被混凝土中进行混合搅拌,避免混合不均匀。
