The invention discloses a composite board of a rock wool strip composite polystyrene board and a production method. The composite board comprises an interface agent layer, a polystyrene board layer, a rock wool board layer and an interface agent layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein the rock wool board layer is formed by closely arranging rock wool strips, and the fiber direction of the rock wool strips is perpendicular to the surface of the polystyrene board. The production method of the composite board comprises the following steps: 1, transversely shearing a rock wool board into equal-height rock wool strips according to a fiber arrangement direction; 2, spraying an adhesive on the upper surface of a polystyrene board, and closely adhering the rock wool strips to the upper surface of the polystyrene board through the adhesive; 3, starting a roller press, and rolling the polystyrene board full of the rock wool strips through the roller press; 4, carrying out heating treatment after rolling, and compounding the rock wool strips and the polystyrene board into a whole; and 5, taking out the composite board from a drying oven, spraying an interface agent on the six surfaces, and carrying out heating treatment. According to the invention, the composite board is high in production efficiency, the machining process is simple and convenient, and continuous production can be achieved.
本发明公开一种岩棉条复合聚苯板的复合板及生产方法,复合板包括从下向上依次设置的界面剂层、聚苯板层岩棉板层和界面剂层,岩棉板层是由岩棉条紧密排列组成,岩棉条的纤维方向与聚苯板的表面垂直;复合板生产方法如下:1、岩棉板按纤维排列方向横剪成等高的岩棉条;2、聚苯板上表面喷粘接剂,岩棉条通过粘接剂密实地粘接到聚苯板的上表面;3、开动辊压机,将摆满岩棉条的聚苯板经辊压机进行辊压;4、辊压后加热处理,岩棉条与聚苯板复合成一体;步骤5、将复合板从烘箱中取出,在六个表面均喷界面剂,加热处理。该复合板生产效率快,加工过程简单便捷,可实现连续化生产。
