Stable zirconium ramming material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of zirconium refractory materials, in particular to a stable zirconium ramming material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the stable zirconium ramming material comprises the following steps: 1, processing stable zirconium hollow balls or particles into particles with the particle size of 40 meshes, the particle size of 100 meshes and the particle size of 325 meshes through crushing and grinding equipment, wherein the stable zirconium is calcium stable zirconium, magnesium stable zirconium, aluminum stable zirconium or yttrium stable zirconium; 2, mixing and stirring the stable zirconium and quartz stone; 3, adding boric acid into the first mixture, and carrying out mixing and stirring to obtain a second mixture; 4, adding an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution into the second mixture, tamping firmly, and drying in the shade; and 5, sintering. According to the invention, stable zirconium is used for preparing a ramming material, so that the hardness, strength and corrosion resistance of a common zirconium oxide ramming material can be obviously improved, and the stable zirconium oxide which is finally sintered and molded becomes an excellent refractory material.
本发明涉及锆耐火材料的制备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种稳定锆捣打料及其制备方法,所述稳定锆捣打料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将稳定锆空心球或颗粒使用破碎研磨设备分别加工成40目、100目、325目的粒度;所述稳定锆为钙稳定锆,镁稳定锆,铝稳定锆或钇稳定锆;步骤2:将稳定锆与石英石混合搅拌;步骤3、向所述第一混合料中加入硼酸进行混合搅拌,得第二混合料;步骤4、向第二混合料中加入磷酸二氢铝溶液捣筑结实,阴干;步骤5、进行烧结。本发明的有益效果在于:使用稳定锆制作捣打料,能够明显提升普通氧化锆捣打料的硬度强度以及耐腐性能,使最终烧结成型的稳定氧化锆成为优良的耐火材料。
