The invention provides an adjustable tamping device for an electric power engineering pole. The adjustable tamping device comprises a supporting ring, wherein a connecting side plate is arranged on the outer side of the circumferential surface of the supporting ring; a vibrating motor is arranged between a left inner side plate and a right inner side plate; a vertical soil tamping rod is in driving connection below the vibrating motor; a lower transverse plate is connected between the lower parts of a left outer side plate and a right outer side plate; and a travelling trolley is connected below the middle part of the lower transverse plate. The adjustable tamping device has the beneficial effects that: automatic soil tamping can be realized, so that labor power is reduced, soil tamping is more uniform and firmer, inclination of the electric power engineering pole is avoided, and working efficiency and stability are improved.
