The invention relates to a prefabricated uplift pile and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated uplift pile comprises a bearing platform and an uplift pile body, one end of the uplift pile body is located in the bearing platform, the uplift pile body comprises connecting ribs, the connecting ribs are integrally formed by pouring concrete to obtain the uplift pile body, the ends, close to the bearing platform, of the connecting ribs are located outside concrete of the uplift pile body, and anchoring steel bars are arranged in the bearing platform and connected with the connecting ribs through connecting pieces. The construction method comprises the steps that in a prefabrication stage, the uplift pile body is obtained by pouring concrete, and one end of each connecting rib is exposed out of the concrete of the uplift pile body; in a pile sinking stage, the uplift pile body sinks into a soil layer; in a connecting stage, the connecting ribs are connected with the anchoring steel bars through the connecting pieces; and in the pouring stage, the concrete is poured at the top of the uplift pile body, the connecting pieces and the anchoring steel bars are integrally formed in the concrete, and the bearing platform is formed. The prefabricated uplift pile has the effect that the defect of potential safety hazards existing in the prefabricated uplift pile is overcome.
