The invention discloses a prefabricated uplift pile and a connecting device. The prefabricated uplift pile comprises a pile hoop and more than two connecting plates, the pile hoop comprises an end plate and an apron board, and the end plate is fixedly arranged at the end of the prefabricated uplift pile. The apron board is fixed to the edge of the end plate in a surrounding mode and wraps the outer wall of the prefabricated uplift pile, and connecting holes are formed in the apron board; and the connecting plates are fixedly connected with the apron boards on the two adjacent prefabricated uplift piles, so that the two adjacent prefabricated uplift piles are fixedly connected. The prefabricated uplift pile connecting device is rapid and convenient to install, two upper and lower adjacent prefabricated uplift piles can be fixedly connected through the multiple connecting plates, the stress path of the prefabricated uplift piles is clear, and the uplift performance and safety of the prefabricated uplift piles are greatly improved.
