The invention discloses a melting type anchoring method for a fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite unidirectional component. The invention discloses a continuous preparation method and an anchoring method of an FRP pultrusion profile, and the method comprises the following steps that firstly, during pultrusion, the impregnation process of continuous fibers belts, cloth or felts are controlled, so that the continuous fibers, belts, cloth or felts are not continuously impregnated, and the continuous production of a section of loose filiform FRP pultrusion profile with resin and a section of loose filiform FRP pultrusion profile without resin is realized; and the produced material in the middle position of the loose filament section without the resin is cut to form a section of FRP pultrusion profile which is free of the resin at the two ends and only has the fiber. The FRP pultrusion profile or a plurality of parallel profile bundles of which the ends are in a loose filament shape are inserted into an anchoring sleeve, and then the sleeve is filled with an adhesive, so that the bonding type anchoring structure of the FRP profile or the profile bundles which are directly bonded with fibers is formed. According to the melting type anchoring method, the FRP pultrusion profile suitable for anchoring can be rapidly, efficiently and continuously produced, the fiber at the end is directly bonded, the bonding and anchoring area of the FRP pultrusion profile is greatly increased, the anchoring efficiency is improved, the anchoring length is shortened, and the method is suitable for batch and large-scale production and popularization.
一种纤维增强热塑性复合材料单向构件的熔融式锚固方法。本发明公开了一种FRP拉挤型材的连续制备方法和锚固方法,首先在拉挤成型时,控制连续纤维、带、布或毡的浸胶过程,使之不连续浸胶,实现一段有树脂、一段没有树脂呈现散丝状的FRP拉挤型材的连续生产。然后在没有树脂的散丝段中间位置将生产出来的材料切割开,形成一段段两端端头无树脂、只有纤维的FRP拉挤型材。将端头呈散丝状的FRP拉挤型材或多根平行型材束插入锚固套筒中,再在套筒中填筑黏结剂,形成直接黏结纤维的FRP型材或型材束的黏结式锚固结构。本发明可以快速高效地连续生产适于锚固的端头程散丝状的FRP拉挤型材,并通过直接黏结端头的纤维,极大地增加FRP拉挤型材的黏结锚固面积、提高锚固效率、缩短锚固长度,适合批量大规模生产和推广。
