The invention relates to an excavator connecting rod, a connecting rod assembly and an excavator connecting rod lubricating system. The excavator connecting rod comprises a main plate body, a hinge shaft sleeve is arranged on the upper end and the lower end of the main plate body respectively, a lubricating point position is arranged in the hinge shaft sleeve; a distributor mounting structure is arranged on the main plate body and is used for mounting a grease distributor on the main plate body; multiple in-plate flow channels comprise oil outlet flow channels, and outer ports of at least part of the oil outlet flow channels extend to the edge of the main plate body or the position close to the edge and are used for communicating with the hinge shaft sleeve lubricating point position; and the inner ports of the in-plate flow channels are positioned on the same side plate surface of the main plate body, are gathered at the mounting area of the grease distributor, and communicating with the corresponding oil ports of the grease distributor after the grease distributor is mounted on the main plate body. When the excavator connecting rod is used, oil is supplied to the lubricating point position through the in-plate flow channel in the main plate body leading to the lubricating point position, so that the excavator connecting rod position is simple in structure and attractive in appearance, an oil way cannot be damaged, and the reliability of oil supply and lubrication is guaranteed.
