The sand brick sintering method comprises the following steps that S1, prepared green bricks are stacked on kiln cars; S2, the initial moisture content theta 1 of the green bricks is detected, and after detection, the kiln cars are conveyed into a kiln channel of a drying kiln through guide rails; S3, the initial quality parameters of the kiln cars parked on kiln car parking spaces are detected through a detection unit; S4, drying work of the green bricks is started; S5, the real-time quality parameters of the kiln cars parked on the kiln car parking spaces are detected in real time, so that the real-time average dryness of the green bricks arranged on the corresponding kiln cars is obtained; and S6, when the average dryness of the green bricks on each kiln car in the drying kiln meets the requirement, the drying procedure is finished. By means of the method, in the green brick drying process, the dryness of the green bricks on each kiln car in the drying kiln can be detected in real time through the detection unit, drying work is finished after the dryness of all the green bricks in the drying kiln reaches the standard, and the yield of the sintering procedure is increased.
