Lithium ceramic microsphere preparation device and method
The invention discloses a lithium ceramic microsphere preparation device and method. The device comprises a material cavity, the material cavity is used for storing stable turbid liquid slurry or molten materials, the upper end of the material cavity is connected with a pressure control system, the lower end of the material cavity is provided with a spray head for spraying out the molten materials or the stable slurry, the spray head is connected with a vibrator, and a collection container is arranged below the spray head. The method comprises the following steps of (a) melting solid raw material powder of required lithium ceramic microspheres to form a molten material or adding a polymer solution to prepare stable slurry; (b) controlling the molten material or the slurry to be sprayed out from the spray holes under a certain pressure; (c) applying vibration at a certain frequency to the spray head to enable the jet flow to form uniform liquid drops; and (d) forming the lithium ceramic microspheres. The preparation method of the microspheres is simple to operate, the size of the prepared microspheres is accurate and controllable, the granularity of formed spherical particles is uniform, impurities are not introduced, and expanded production is easy.
