Method for regulating and promoting growth of desulfurized gypsum crystals by using carbide slag-based desulfurizer
The invention belongs to the technical field of resource recycling processes, and particularly relates to a method for regulating and promoting growth of desulfurized gypsum crystals by using a carbide slag-based desulfurizer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing the desulfurizer from carbide slag: pretreating the carbide slag to obtain the desulfurizer; and (2) performing wet desulfurization process: adding water into the desulfurizer obtained in step (1), pulping to prepare a desulfurization slurry, feeding the desulfurization slurry into a desulfurization reaction tower, carrying out contact reaction on the desulfurization slurry and sulfur-containing flue gas through a spraying system for desulfurization, adding an induced growth agent in the desulfurization process, controlling the particle size morphology of calcium sulfate crystals, and dehydrating to obtain the desulfurized gypsum. The calcium carbide slag-based desulfurizer with different impurity contents is used to achieve the gypsum induced crystal growth during the desulfurization process, the solid waste is adopted as the raw material, the process is simple, the flow is short, the secondary solid waste emission is avoided, the pollution problem of the calcium carbide slag is effectively solved, and the good economic and social values are provided.
本发明属于资源循环利用工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种电石渣基脱硫剂调控促进脱硫石膏结晶生长的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)电石渣制备脱硫剂:将电石渣通过预处理得到脱硫剂;(2)湿法脱硫过程:将步骤(1)所得脱硫剂加水打浆制备脱硫浆液,将脱硫浆液送入脱硫反应塔中,经过喷淋系统与含硫烟气接触反应进行脱硫,脱硫过程中加入诱导生长剂,控制硫酸钙晶体的粒径形貌,脱水得到脱硫石膏。本发明通过不同杂质含量的电石渣基脱硫剂的应用,实现脱硫过程的石膏诱导结晶生长,所述方法以固废为原料,工艺简单、流程短,无二次固废排放,有效解决了电石渣的污染问题,具有良好的经济和社会价值。
