The invention discloses high-performance shotcrete and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of shotcrete, wherein the shotcrete comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 0.8 to 1.5 parts of cement, 2 to 2.5 parts of fine aggregate, 1.5 to 2 parts of coarse aggregate, 0.1 to 0.2 part of fly ash, 0.01 to 0.02 part of a water reducing agent, 0.04 to 0.05 part of a curing agent, 0.04 to 0.05 part of an alkali-free setting accelerator, and 0.4 to 0.45 part of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pouring the water reducing agent, the curing agent and the water into a mixing device for mixing; S2, adding the cement, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate and the fly ash into the mixing device respectively to obtain a mixed material; and S3, adding the mixed material into a concrete mixer for stirring, then transporting the mixed material to a construction site for construction, and adding the alkali-free setting accelerator before concrete pouring. The problem that the springback amount of existing shotcrete is high is solved.
