The invention discloses microbial concrete with high permeability resistance and freeze thawing resistance and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 500 parts of Portland cement, 50 to 65 parts of silica fume or fly ash, 450 to 650 parts of fine aggregate, 900 to 1250 parts of coarse aggregate, 10 to 15 parts of a water reducing agent, 250 to 400 parts of water, 5 to 10 parts of modified expanded perlite and 10 to 50 parts of expanded pearl pumice. The microbial concrete disclosed by the invention has good impermeability and freeze thawing resistance, solves the problems that the impermeability of the concrete is reduced and the concrete is easy to crack and even frost heave under long-term freeze-thaw cycle, can be used for building construction, and can also be used for frost heave repair of the surfaces of buildings or other infrastructures.
