The preparation method of the concrete with high permeable stability comprises the following steps: pouring the cement, the reinforcing agent and the gravel into a concrete stirring machine, and stirring, wherein the materials are put into a stirring machine according to the specified proportion of the materials during stirring; pouring the water according to the specified proportion into the concrete stirring machine, and stirring for 15-20 minutes; and pouring the uniformly stirred concrete out of the concrete stirring machine for use.
