The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses water-permeable compressive concrete and a preparation method thereof.The water-permeable compressive concrete is prepared from, by weight, 150-200 parts of cement, 1000-1500 parts of gravel, 150-200 parts of fine sand, 20-30 parts of a composite reinforcing agent, 3-4 parts of a water reducing agent and 150-180 parts of water; the composite reinforcing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 to 200 parts of redispersible polymer latex powder and 50 to 100 parts of modified glass fiber; the modified glass fibers are obtained by coating and modifying glass fibers through multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The 28d compressive strength of the concrete obtained in the invention is 46.1-65.2 MPa, and the compressive strength of the pervious concrete is improved under the condition of ensuring the water permeability.
