Preparation method of CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramic with high piezoelectric property
The invention provides a preparation method of CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramic with high piezoelectric property. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking CaCO3, Bi2O3 and TiO2 powder as initial raw materials, and proportioning the initial raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio of Ca, Bi and Ti in CaBi4Ti4O15 to obtain a mixture; mixing the obtained mixture with absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out ball milling, drying and pre-sintering to obtain pre-sintered powder; mixing the obtained pre-sintered powder with absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out secondary ball milling, drying to obtain powder, and carrying out spark plasma sintering on the obtained powder twice to obtain a sintered product; calcining the sintered product, and then cutting to obtain a ceramic wafer; and depositing a silver electrode on the surface of the obtained ceramic wafer, and then carrying out polarization to obtain the CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramic. The CaBi4Ti4O15 ceramic is prepared by adopting a two-time spark plasma sintering method, and the obtained ceramic is good in piezoelectric property and high in temperature stability.
本发明提供了一种高压电性能的CaBi4Ti4O15陶瓷的制备方法,包括步骤:以CaCO3、Bi2O3、TiO2粉料为初始原料,将初始原料按CaBi4Ti4O15中Ca、Bi、Ti的化学计量比配料得到混合物;将所得混合物与无水乙醇混合,经球磨、干燥后进行预烧,得到预烧粉料;将所得预烧粉料和无水乙醇混合进行二次球磨,经干燥得到粉料,将所得粉料经两次放电等离子烧结,得到烧结产物;将烧结产物进行煅烧,之后进行切割,得到陶瓷片;在所得陶瓷片表面沉积银电极,然后进行极化,得到CaBi4Ti4O15陶瓷。本发明采用两次放电等离子烧结方法来制备CaBi4Ti4O15陶瓷,所得陶瓷压电性能好、温度稳定性高。
