High-temperature-oxidation-resistant Si3N4/O'-sialon composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-temperature-oxidation-resistant Si3N4/O'-sialon composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The composite ceramic comprises, by mass, 50-75 wt.% of alpha-Si3N4 powder; 10-25 wt% of beta-Si3N4 powder; 5-15 wt% of SiO2 powder; and 8-12 wt% of Al2O3-R2O3. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing mixed powder from the alpha-Si3N4, beta-Si3N4, SiO2 and Al2O3-R2O3, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out ball milling; drying the ball-milled slurry to obtain powder, and sieving and forming the powder; and finally, placing the formed green body in an air pressure sintering furnace, and sintering by taking nitrogen as protective gas. The O'-sialon ceramic is synthesized in situ by adding SiO2, and has the characteristics of simple preparation method, stable thermodynamic property, excellent bonding strength and oxidation resistance and the like.
一种耐高温氧化Si3N4/O’‑sialon复合陶瓷及其制备方法,复合陶瓷按照质量百分数计包括如下组分:α‑Si3N4粉体:50wt.%~75wt.%;β‑Si3N4粉体:10wt%~25wt%;SiO2粉体:5wt%~15wt%;Al2O3‑R2O3:8wt%~12wt%;制备方法是将α‑Si3N4、β‑Si3N4、SiO2和Al2O3‑R2O3配成混合粉体,加入无水乙醇进行球磨;再将球磨完的浆料进行干燥获得粉体,之后过筛和成型;最后将成型的坯体置于气压烧结炉中,采用氮气作为保护气体进行烧结;本发明采用添加SiO2原位合成O’‑sialon陶瓷,具有制备方法简单、热力学性能稳定、结合强度和抗氧化性能优异等特点。
