The preparation process comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing materials: 30-60 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-22 parts of a plasticizer, 30-80 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.5-2 parts of a stabilizer, 0.1-1.5 parts of a lubricant and a small amount of pigment; 2, stirring and mixing: putting the materials in the step 1 into a mixer according to a certain proportion, and stirring; 3, calendaring and plastifying: putting the material obtained in the step 2 into a double-screw extruder for plastifying at the plastifying temperature of 140-180 DEG C, and then calendaring by a double-roller machine; and 4, crushing and sieving: crushing the material obtained in the step 3 by a crusher and sieving by a 4-6mm screen, and 5, calendaring and molding: mixing the plastic particles in different proportions in the step 4, and calendaring and molding on a calendaring machine to finally obtain the plastic floor capable of emitting light at night.
