Method for determining aggregate gradation in semi-rigid base material
The invention relates to a method for determining the gradation of aggregates in a semi-rigid base material. The gradation of the aggregates is determined by utilizing a function model shown as follows: y = axb, wherein x is the particle size of the aggregate, mm; y is the corresponding passing rate,%, of the aggregate under the particle size; and a and b are both regression coefficients, and the regression coefficients a and b are determined according to the recommended grading range of broken stone or gravel. Compared with an empirical method or a reference asphalt mixture, the method for determining the aggregate gradation by using the mathematical model provided by the invention has the advantages that the distribution condition of the particles with different levels of particle sizes in the aggregate can be simply and quickly determined, the mixing proportion of each component of the semi-rigid base material can be further determined, and the method is more accurate and more convenient.
本公开涉及一种确定半刚性基层材料中的集料级配的方法,所述集料的级配利用如下所示的函数模型进行确定:y=axb;其中,x为集料的粒径,mm;y为集料在该粒径下对应的通过率,%;a、b均为回归系数,所述回归系数a、b通过“碎石或砾石的推荐级配范围”确定。相比于经验法或者参考沥青混合料,本公开提供了一种利用数学模型确定集料级配的方法,可以简单、快捷的确定集料中各级粒径颗粒的分布情况,进而可以确定半刚性基层材料的各组分配合比,更准确、更便捷。
