The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a super-large eccentric half-range steel-concrete combined box girder with the length of 32.25 m, the width of 17.8 m and the weight of more than 539 tons. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that a left eccentric half-range steel-concrete combined box girder and a right eccentric half-range steel-concrete combined box girder are integrally spliced; a prefabricated concrete bridge deck slab is hoisted and assembled through an ultra-long hoisting type frame type hoisting tool; a transverse wet joint of the half prefabricated bridge deck slab is constructed; four beam transporting flatcars are connected in parallel to synchronously support and transport left and right half-range steel-concrete combined box girders for integral tire discharge; an integrated supporting pier support tool system is used for supporting eccentric overweight half-range steel-concrete combined box girder segments; four beam transporting flatcars are used for transporting the eccentric sections in parallel; rigid supporting piers are used for supporting and controlling deformation of the half-range steel-concrete combined box girder during large-volume wet joint construction; the half section is transported and supported by using four parallel beam transporting flatcars and a supporting system to carry out subsequent sanding and coating construction; the integrated supporting pier support tool system and the combined type multi-surface stool are used for supporting the segments, and it is guaranteed that the eccentric segments are stably supported in the transportation process.
