The invention relates to an overall assembly structure of an eccentric half-amplitude steel-concrete combined box girder with the length of 32.25 m, the width of 17.8 m and the weight of more than 539 tons. On a long-line-method overall assembly jig frame, a left eccentric half-amplitude section bottom steel girder and a right eccentric half-amplitude section bottom steel girder and two whole-amplitude girder sections at the two ends in the length direction of the left eccentric half-amplitude section bottom steel girder and the right eccentric half-amplitude section bottom steel girder respectively achieve six-section long-line-method overall assembly; and the left eccentric half-amplitude section and the right eccentric half-amplitude section are temporarily connected into a whole through temporary matching pieces, and the matching size between the half-amplitude sections and the overall assembly precision of the half-amplitude sections and the front and back adjacent whole-amplitude sections are guaranteed. The structure has advantages that firstly, the ultra-large eccentric half-amplitude steel-concrete combined girder adopts integral assembly and integral tire ejection so that the problem of tire ejection of an ultra-large and overweight eccentric girder section is solved while the integral manufacturing precision is ensured; secondly, hoisting and overlapping of the large overweight precast concrete bridge deck slab are achieved; thirdly, supporting and transporting of the half-amplitude eccentric steel-concrete combined box girder are achieved, and convenience and rapidness are achieved; and fourthly, the integral manufacturing precision of the eccentric half-amplitude steel-concrete combined box girder is realized.
