The invention discloses a bridge deck crane for installing a steel and concrete superposed beam, which is installed on a bridge body provided with a sling in a matched manner. The bridge deck crane comprises a moving and transferring assembly, a main truss, a suspender, a bottom bracket, a walking anchoring assembly and a sliding frame, wherein the moving and transferring assembly comprises a longitudinal moving bridge vehicle assembly, a transverse moving crown block assembly and a sling; the main truss is provided with a locking end locked to the bridge body and an extending end connected with the locking end; an end portion of the extending end is connected with the bottom bracket through a hanging rod, and a three-way jack used for adjusting the position of the beam section is arranged on the sliding frame. A to-be-erected beam section component is transported through cooperation of a movable adjusting assembly, a main truss, a suspender, a bottom bracket, a walking anchoring assembly and a sliding frame, and beam section transportation problems that under-bridge transportation is inconvenient, and overwater construction equipment cannot provide effective service under special working conditions are effectively solved.
