The construction method comprises the following steps that A, a steering device is prepared; b, the cable penetrating construction of an external cable is is conducted; c, grouting construction is conducted on a steering device; d, anchoring construction is carried out; e, the tensioning construction of the external cable is carried out; f, grouting construction is conducted on an anchoring steel pipe; and G, a shock absorber is installed on the cable body part between the steering area and the anchoring area, and anti-corrosion treatment is conducted on the anchoring area. According to the method, the construction is easy and convenient, curve prestressed tendons are greatly simplified, prestress transmission becomes simpler, and the friction loss is reduced; in addition, detection and maintenance are convenient, the use condition of the cable body can be rapidly inspected through visual inspection during bridge operation, the cable can be directly replaced under the condition that bridge prestress loss is found, and traffic is not interrupted in the replacement process.
本发明提供一种钢‑混组合梁体外预应力的施工方法,包括以下步骤:A、制备转向装置;B、体外索的穿索施工;C、对转向装置进行压浆施工;D、锚固施工;E、体外索的张拉施工;F、对锚固钢管进行压浆施工;G、对转向区和锚固区之间的索体部分安装减震器,并对锚固区做防腐处理。本发明施工简便,对曲线预应力筋予以大大简化,使得预应力传输变得更为简单,降低摩擦损失;并且便于检测和维护,桥梁运营期间,可以通过目测迅速检验索体使用情况,在发现桥梁预应力损失的情况下可以直接对索具进行更换,更换过程不中断交通。
