The invention discloses an external prestressing system of a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) composite beam and a construction method of the external prestressing system. The external prestressing system comprises an external prestressing tendon in the UHPC composite beam, an external prestressing tendon embedded pipe in a fulcrum heightening area and an anchoring tooth block, a bridge deck of the UHPC composite beam comprises a steel bottom plate with a PBL shear key on the upper portion and a UHPC panel. The steel bottom plate comprises a flat bottom plate and side bottom plates, and a bridge deck fulcrum heightening area is defined by the adjacent side bottom plates above the steel main beam transverse partition plate. The two ends of the external prestressing tendon are anchored to the anchoring tooth blocks. An external prestressing tendon penetrates through the embedded pipe on the fulcrum heightening area; the anchoring tooth block comprises a tooth block end plate, a tooth block bottom plate, tooth block side plates and an internal UHPC, and an anchoring area where the anchoring tooth block is located directly extends downwards to the position below the steel bottom plate through two PBL shear keys to serve as the tooth block side plates. According to the UHPC composite beam external prestressing system, the situation that the thickness of the bridge deck is increased due to arrangement of internal prestressing force can be avoided, the self weight is reduced, the structure and the construction technology of the anchoring tooth block are simplified, and the reliability and the force transmission efficiency of the anchoring tooth block are improved.
本发明公开了一种UHPC组合梁的体外预应力体系及其施工方法,包括UHPC组合梁中的体外预应力束、支点加高区中的体外预应力束预埋管、锚固齿块;UHPC组合梁的桥面板包括上部带PBL剪力键的钢底板以及UHPC面板;钢底板包括平底板和侧底板,钢主梁横隔板上方由相邻侧底板围成桥面板支点加高区;体外预应力束两端锚固于锚固齿块;体外预应力束从支点加高区上预埋管中穿过;锚固齿块包括齿块端板、齿块底板和齿块侧板及内部UHPC,锚固齿块所在的锚固区域,由两个PBL剪力键直接向下延伸到钢底板下方作为齿块侧板。本发明的UHPC组合梁体外预应力体系,可避免设置体内预应力而增加桥面板厚度,减轻了自重,简化了锚固齿块构造和施工工艺、提高锚固齿块的可靠性和传力效率。
