When a vehicle impacts the guardrail with a quite large force, the concrete prefabricated part transmits the transverse impact force to the inverted-U-shaped inner side mounting foot at a bottom end, and the part is weak and fractures after reaching the limit, so the concrete prefabricated part transversely shifts, the buffering effect is achieved, and the transverse impact force of the vehicle is eliminated. The method is advantaged in that characteristics that a rigid guardrail is high in protection performance and low in later maintenance cost are reserved, the overall weight is reduced, snow cannot be blocked, and the application range is widened; and the buffering effect of a semi-rigid guardrail is achieved, and the consequence of collision accidents is relieved.
