The air pipe vertically descends along the center of the guide pipe, the bottom of the air pipe is inserted into the two-thirds position in a cast-in-place pile hole and then stops, and the top of the air pipe is located 200 mm above the top of the guide pipe and connected with the air compressor; and due to the fact that the bottom of the air pipe is inserted into the two-thirds position in the cast-in-place pile hole and then stopped, and the top of the air pipe is located 200 mm above the top of the guide pipe and connected with the air compressor, the problems that a pipe opening of the guide pipe protrudes out, reverse circulation cannot be formed, and sediment disturbance is small are solved, and the construction efficiency of secondary hole cleaning is improved.
