The invention discloses a recyclable prestressed steel pipe soil nail and a using method. The steel pipe soil nail comprises a steel pipe structure and a prestressed structure, wherein the steel pipe structure is inserted into a soil layer and is connected with the soil layer through a thermosetting resin material; one end of the prestressed structure is mounted inside the steel pipe structure, and the other end of the prestressed structure is connected with a tensioning and anchoring device; the prestressed structure applies prestress to the steel pipe structure through the tensioning and anchoring device; the steel pipe structure comprises a seamless circular steel pipe and a steel cone cap; the seamless circular steel pipe is inserted into the soil layer; and the steel cone cap is mounted at one end, far away from the surface of the soil layer, of the seamless circular steel pipe. According to the recyclable prestressed steel pipe soil nail and the using method, the viscosity between the soil nail and a soil body is improved through the thermosetting resin material, and the defect that a traditional soil nail can only be passively stressed is overcome; and meanwhile, the characteristic that the thermosetting resin material can be softened at a certain temperature is utilized, so that the temperature applied to the thermosetting resin material is controlled, the soil nail can be pulled out of the soil body more easily, and the working efficiency is higher.
本发明公开了一种可回收式预应力钢管土钉及使用方法,钢管土钉包括钢管结构、预应力结构,所述钢管结构插入土层,钢管结构通过热固性树脂材料与土层连接,所述预应力结构一端安装在钢管结构内部,另一端与张拉锚固装置连接,所述预应力结构通过张拉锚固装置对钢管结构施加预应力,所述钢管结构包括无缝圆形钢管、钢锥帽,所述无缝圆形钢管插入土层中,所述钢锥帽安装在无缝圆形钢管远离土层表面的一端。本发明通过热固性树脂材料增加土钉与土体之间的粘性,弥补了传统土钉只能被动受力的缺陷;同时利用热固性树脂材料在一定的温度下能够软化的特点,从而控制施加给热固性材料的温度,使得土钉能够更加轻松的拔出土体,工作效率更高。
