The invention provides an oblique high-altitude material conveying device. The device comprises a fixed support, an oblique guide rope, a conveying mechanism and a traction mechanism; one end of the fixed support is fixed, the other end of the fixed support serves as a cantilever end, the fixed support is used for being overhung on the outer side of a building, and the fixed support achieves the top fixing and supporting effects; one end of the oblique guide rope is fixed to the fixed support, the other end of the oblique guide rope is fixed to a fixed face, and the oblique guide rope is used for guiding; the conveying mechanism is connected with the oblique guide rope in the length direction of the oblique guide rope in a walking manner and used for conveying to-be-conveyed materials; and the traction conveying end of the traction mechanism is connected with the conveying mechanism, the traction mechanism is used for pulling the conveying mechanism to conduct up-down position adjustment along the oblique guide rope, and accordingly conveying of the to-be-conveyed materials is achieved. According to the oblique high-altitude material conveying device, traction force is provided through the traction mechanism so that the conveying mechanism can conduct up-down position adjustment along the oblique guide rope under the action of the traction force, accordingly the conveying mechanism walks to the preset construction position in an oblique manner, and accordingly the to-be-conveyed materials are conveyed in an oblique manner along with the conveying mechanism.
