The invention discloses basalt machine-made sand dry-mixed mortar and a preparation process thereof. The dry-mixed mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-20 parts of cement, 2-5 parts of stone powder, 100-120 parts of basalt machine-made sand, 5-20 parts of a waste ceramic material, 1-2 parts of manganese slag, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium sulfate, 0.4-0.8 part of an additive, 1-3 parts of rubber powder and 1-1.5 parts of redispersible latex powder. The dry-mixed mortar manufactured by taking the cement, the stone powder, the basalt machine-made sand and the waste ceramic material as main materials can be stored for a long time and is convenient to transport; the dry-mixed mortar is convenient to use, and can be used after addition of water; and since the waste ceramic material is utilized, resources are saved and production cost is reduced.
