Dismantling construction method for large-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge
The invention relates to a dismantling construction method for a large-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, the cable-stayed bridge is subjected to segmented cutting, hoisting and crushing by adopting an inverse sequence of bridge building, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, river span hanging hole beam demolition construction: temporarily reinforcing a hanging hole beam section support, then performing cutting and blocking, and then performing blocking hoisting by utilizing hoisting equipment; and after the hanging hole beam is dismantled, dismantling river span cantilever standard cable-stayed sections on the two sides, and finally dismantling a main tower, and dismantling a side span and a lower structure. The method is suitable for demolition construction of most large-span cable-stayed bridges and similar stress systems and types of bridges, especially for segmented demolition of bridge bodies and cutting of stay cables, safety and stability of the bridges in the demolition process are guaranteed, environmental protection of surrounding residents and water sources is achieved, the navigation influence on related channels in the construction period is reduced, the construction speed is maximally increased, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明涉及一种用于大跨径预应力混凝土斜拉桥的拆除施工方法,采用建桥的逆顺序对斜拉桥进行分段切割、吊装、破碎,首先,河跨挂孔梁拆除施工:将挂孔梁段支座处临时加固,随后进行切割分块,再利用吊装设备进行分块吊装,挂孔梁拆除完成后,分别进行两侧河跨悬臂标准斜拉段拆除施工,最后进行主塔拆除及边跨及下部结构拆除施工。该方法适用于大多数大跨径斜拉桥以及类似受力体系和桥型的桥梁拆除施工,尤其是桥梁梁体的分段拆解、斜拉索的切割,确保桥梁在拆除过程的安全稳定,实现对周边居民以及水源的环境保护,减小施工期间对相关航道的通航影响,最大限度加快施工速度、提高施工效率、节约施工成本。
