Comprising the steps that a main beam and a cable bent tower of a bridge are detected, and the cable bent tower comprises an upper tower column and a lower tower column; a temporary pier is arranged below the side span main beam connected with the bridge abutment; the main beam and the upper tower column are fixedly connected to increase the overall rigidity of the bridge, and the stability of the bridge in the dismantling process is improved; the cable-free area is firstly dismantled, and a first cable-stayed bridge structure and a second cable-stayed bridge structure which are independent and symmetrical are formed; when the first cable-stayed bridge structure is dismantled, the mid-span beam body is firstly dismantled, then the upper tower columns are dismantled, then the side-span beam bodies are dismantled, and finally the lower tower columns, the temporary piers and the bridge abutments are dismantled; when the second cable-stayed bridge structure is dismantled, similarly, the midspan beam body is dismantled firstly, then the upper tower column is dismantled, then the side span beam body is dismantled, and finally the lower tower column, the temporary pier and the bridge abutment are dismantled. The method is unique and novel, convenient and efficient in construction, low in cost and capable of meeting modern construction requirements.
