The invention relates to an annular half-aboveground intelligent parking garage. The parking garage comprises a garage annular vertical frame and a conveying platform, wherein the garage annular vertical frame is sequentially provided with a parking tray storage layer, a ground parking layer and a plurality of aboveground parking layers from bottom to top, parking spaces of the aboveground parking layers are distributed around the conveying platform, the conveying platform is driven by a platform lifting driving device to move up and down among the parking layers, vehicle conveying is achieved between the conveying platform and the parking spaces of the aboveground parking layers by means of a vehicle parking device, the vehicle parking device comprises a parking tray used for parking vehicles, a first conveying part used for achieving conveying of the parking tray and located on the conveying platform, and a second conveying part located on a parking space, the conveying platform is provided with a rotating platform for adjusting a conveying direction of the first conveying part, and the parking tray storage layer is used for storing the parking tray. The parking garage further comprises a control system capable of controlling the conveying platform, the platform lifting driving device and the vehicle parking device.
