The invention relates to an annular intelligent parking garage which comprises a garage annular vertical frame provided with a plurality of parking layers in the height direction and a conveying platform driven by a platform lifting driving device to move among the parking layers, and parking spaces of each parking layer are distributed around the conveying platform in a radial mode; vehicle conveying is achieved between the conveying platform and the parking space through a vehicle parking device, the vehicle parking device comprises a parking tray used for bearing vehicles, a first conveying part and a second conveying part, the first conveying part and the second conveying part are used for conveying the parking tray, the first conveying part is located on the conveying platform, and the second conveying part is located on the parking space; the conveying platform is provided with a rotating platform used for adjusting the conveying direction of the first conveying part, and each second conveying part is correspondingly provided with a parking tray. The parking garage further comprises a control system capable of controlling the conveying platform, the platform lifting driving device and the vehicle parking device to act. The vehicle can be stably conveyed all the time when being stored and taken, and safety and reliability are achieved.
