The alunite and the gypsum are prepared into the composite expansion material in proportion, and the weight ratio of the alunite to the gypsum is 1: (1-2). According to the waterproof agent, triethanolamine, sodium chloride and sodium nitrite are doped to enhance the impermeability of the waterproof agent when the waterproof agent is applied to cement, based on the synergistic cooperation of triethanolamine, sodium chloride and sodium nitrite, the compactness of concrete poured by the cement is enhanced by generating a complex and reducing free water, and the strength and the impermeability are improved; besides, the alunite and the gypsum are mixed in proportion to form the composite expansion material, so that the probability of generating shrinkage cracks is reduced, and the waterproof strength and the application safety are guaranteed.
