The coagulant accounts for 3.0%-10% of the grouting material, and the coagulant is polyaluminum chloride. According to the invention, the concrete can be prevented from being dispersed by flushing or being mixed with water to cause aggregate dispersion during underwater construction, so that the water resistance of the slurry is improved.
