The method comprises the following steps of: adding a waterproof reinforcing agent accounting for 1 percent into a support raw material in a support building process, wherein the waterproof reinforcing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15% of organic silicon emulsion, 40% of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) emulsion, 5% of pure acrylic emulsion, 40% of purified water, 0.02% of tributyl phosphate (additional) and 0.15-0.2% of sodium hexametaphosphate (additional). According to the technical method, on the basis of an original support, the waterproof reinforcing agent accounting for 1% is added into the support raw materials in the support building process, so that the waterproof reinforcing purpose is achieved, permanent use of the support is achieved, and the service life of the large-volume underground ash and material storage warehouse can be effectively prolonged; the problems of durability, water resistance and seepage resistance of the ash storage and material storage warehouses are solved; the safety of the ash storage and material storage warehouses is improved, the environmental and safety risks of the ash storage warehouse are reduced, the material storage conditions are improved, and the environment is protected.
