The invention discloses a method for preparing a foam brick by using building waste, the method comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning, crushing and screening the building waste to obtain building waste particles; 2) washing and drying the building waste particles to obtain purified building waste particles; 3) mixing the purified building waste particles, river sand, cement, textile fibers and redispersible latex powder to obtain a dry base mixture; and 4) mixing the dry base mixture, water, aluminum powder, methyl cellulose ether, epoxy linseed oil and gypsum, foaming, maintaining and cutting to obtain the foam brick. The method overcomes the technical defects that the yield of the ceramic waste is limited and the ceramic waste is not easy to break.
本发明公开了一种利用建筑废料制备泡沫砖的方法，该方法包括：1)将建筑废料进行清理、破碎、筛分，以得到建筑废料颗粒；2)将所述建筑废料颗粒进行水洗、干燥，以得到净化建筑废料颗粒；3)将所述净化建筑废料颗粒、河沙、水泥、纺织纤维、可再分散乳胶粉进行混合，以得到干基混合料；4)将所述干基混合料、水、铝粉、甲基纤维素醚、环氧亚麻子油、石膏混合后进行发泡、养护、切割，以得到泡沫砖。该方法解决了陶瓷废料的产量有限、不易破碎的技术缺陷。
