Manufacturing method of formula for preparing hollow brick by using waste polyurethane foam
The invention relates to the technical field of building thermal insulation materials, and discloses a manufacturing method of a formula for preparing hollow bricks by using waste polyurethane foams, which comprises the following working steps: 1, feeding fly ash into a crusher according to parts by weight, and crushing the fly ash into uniform powder; 2, mixing the crushed powder with a waste polyurethane foam recovery liquid, polyisocyanate PAPI, a catalyst and a foam stabilizer, and uniformly mixing and stirring; and 3, pouring the uniformly stirred mixture into the hollow brick, and curing, foaming and forming at normal temperature to obtain the hollow brick for the building poured by the polyurethane foam recovery liquid. The waste polyurethane recycled foaming body is poured in the hollow brick, the overall compressive strength is moderate, the hollow brick can be preferentially broken to absorb energy in earthquake resistance, the earthquake resistance grade and the bearing capacity of the hollow brick for the building are improved, and the heat preservation, heat insulation, sound insulation and noise reduction effects are further improved.
本发明涉及建筑保温的材料技术领域,公开了一种利用废弃聚氨酯泡沫配制空心砖的配方的制作方法,包括以下工作步骤:第一步:按照重量份首先将粉煤灰送入到粉碎机中,粉碎成均匀的粉状;第二步:将上述粉碎后的粉料与废旧聚氨酯泡沫回收液、多异氰酸酯PAPI、催化剂、泡沫稳定剂进行混合,混合搅拌均匀;第三步:将上述搅拌均匀的混合体浇注到空心砖内部,常温下固化发泡成型,得到聚氨酯泡沫回收液浇注建筑用空心砖。本发明在空心砖内部浇注废旧聚氨酯回收发泡体,整体抗压强度适中,在抵抗地震是可以优先破碎吸能,提高建筑用空心砖的抗震等级和承重能力,进一步提高保温隔热、隔音降噪效果。
