The invention discloses a cement carbonized body and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of materials. The preparation method of the cement carbonized body comprises the following steps of: S1, dissolving a coating agent in water, and then continuously adding carbon nitride to obtain carbon nitride sol; and S2, mixing and grinding a silicate carbonized cementing material and the carbon nitride sol, performing compression molding, maintaining the pressure to obtain a block body, and then putting the block body into a CO2 atmosphere for curing to obtain the cement carbonized body. The invention also comprises the cement carbonized body prepared by the preparation method. The cement carbonized body obtained by the preparation method provided by the invention has excellent compressive strength and high carbonization degree, the compressive strength can be up to 149.86MPa, and the carbonization degree can be up to 46.1%.
本发明公开了一种水泥碳化体及其制备方法,属于材料技术领域。该水泥碳化体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将包覆剂溶于水中,之后继续加入氮化碳得到氮化碳溶胶;S2、将硅酸盐碳化胶凝材料与氮化碳溶胶混合研磨后压制成型,并保压得到块体,之后将所述块体放入CO2气氛中养护得到所述水泥碳化体。本发明还包括上述制备方法制得的水泥碳化体。本发明提出的制备方法得到的水泥碳化体具有优异的抗压强度且碳化程度高,抗压强度可高达149.86MPa,碳化程度可高达46.1%。
