Carbonized cement board based on high-magnesium low-carbon cement and preparation method thereof
The carbonized cement board is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of high-magnesium low-carbon cement, 0 to 3 parts of lightweight aggregate, 0 to 4 parts of wollastonite powder, 0 to 4 parts of mica, 4 to 10 parts of paper pulp fiber, 0.05 to 2 parts of reinforced fiber, 0.3 to 1.0 part of improver, 0.1 to 0.3 part of dispersing agent and 0.1 to 0.4 part of water-retaining agent, the high-magnesium low-carbon cement takes C2MS2 as a main mineral. On the basis of high-magnesium low-carbon cement obtained by using a large mixing amount of low-grade limestone and aggregate waste residues, a modifier and a gradient carbonization curing system are further introduced, so that the mechanical property of the obtained carbonized cement board can be effectively improved, and the waterproof performance and the like of the carbonized cement board can be improved; the preparation cost is low, the energy consumption is low, the maintenance time is short, and remarkable economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于高镁低碳水泥的碳化水泥板,各原料及其所占重量份数包括:高镁低碳水泥100份,轻集料0‑3份,硅灰石粉0‑4份,云母0‑4份,纸浆纤维4‑10份,增强纤维0.05‑2份,改良剂0.3‑1.0份,分散剂0.1‑0.3份,保水剂0.1‑0.4份;所述高镁低碳水泥以C2MS2为主要矿物。本发明在大掺量利用低品位石灰石和骨料废渣所得高镁低碳水泥的基础上,进一步引入改良剂和梯度碳化养护制度,可有效提升所得碳化水泥板的力学性能并改善其防水性能等;且涉及的制备成本低、能耗低,养护时间短,具有显著的经济和环境效益。
