The invention relates to a beam carrying trolley and a beam transporting vehicle. The beam carrying trolley comprises a frame and a bearing plate used for bearing a prefabricated box beam; a walking structure matched with a girder transporting vehicle is arranged at the bottom end of the vehicle frame, the bearing plate is arranged at the top end of the vehicle frame, part of the prefabricated box girders are borne on the bearing plate, and when the prefabricated box girders except the bearing plate are hoisted, the bearing plate can rotate around a vertical rotating shaft relative to the vehicle frame. Besides, a height adjusting structure is arranged on the frame, the height adjusting structure can be jacked and stretched out and drawn back in the direction away from or close to the frame so as to level the prefabricated box girder borne on the bearing plate, and therefore the beam carrying trolley can avoid the emergency concentration phenomenon between the prefabricated box girder and the bearing plate; so that the box girder is prevented from being broken to a certain extent, the box girder is effectively protected; meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that a girder body is horizontal in the girder feeding process, and applicability is excellent.
